HINGE DRILL FIXTURE
I needed to drill some holes in the
trailing edge of a wing and aileron for the pin type
hinges from "Robart". it out. I then used my drill press to drill the
appropriate size hole
for the hinge. (the sketch is self explanatory) All you have to do is put the
block on the
trailing edge of the wing where you want the hinge to be, then use a hand drill
to drill
the hole. this gives you a very straight hinge. Now make another one for the
aileron.
