Hinge tool
After making the hinge slots in a wing. I push a small tool i made from some
thin
aluminum that is the shape of a hinge. Push the tool (see sketch below )
into the
slot that you made. That will assure a good fit when gluing the hinge in place.

Before installing (real hinges) I fold
them in half and I wipe a small amount
of the CA-RELEASE (that I sell) on the flexible part of the hinge.
It keeps the CA glue from running into the hinge and ruining it.
CA-RELEASE also keeps CA from sticking your fingers together.
